  Extremely disappointing customer service at the Brent Cross branch. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Brent Cross branch. I believe the member of staff’s name was Amber. Her manner was incredibly unprofessional and disengaged she was barely communicating properly and came across as though she was half-asleep during the interaction. I’m a returning customer of Sunglass Hut and have spent money with the company before, and I’ve also recommended it to friends. Because of that, I expected a basic level of professionalism and customer service. Instead, I left feeling completely ignored and disappointed. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and frustrating. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but customers should still be spoken to properly and treated with basic courtesy. This experience has seriously put me off returning to the Brent Cross branch. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the level of customer service being provided there, because this was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a company I have previously chosen to spend my money with.

  My wife purchased an expensive pair of sunglasses the other day from SGH Brent Cross. After trying them home she decided not to keep them, and was well within her right to do so considering SGH's 30 day Perfect Pair Promise. Upon returning the item and asking for a refund, a store assistant called Emma started arguing back and claiming that the product was damaged. There is no damage whatsoever to the glasses and the assistant said they had no manager available when my wife asked to speak to a supervisor. No damage was ever shown to us, and no explanation was given beyond the claim itself, which is a real shame as we had to resort to disputing the charge via our credit card instead. Terrible customer service, wouldn't spend a penny in this store ever again.
